Discussing on the planned November strike by medical workers in Uganda today morning, Emma said that the doctors have no problem for asking such a big share calling the result to Uganda’s problems “Ugandans” in a logical way. “ Look into the mirror, you will see the problem of Uganda” he said
Emma 27 is thought to contest for the parliamentary seat of Ibanda south in 2021, currently held by Eng John Byabagambi. Though he hasn’t confirmed this yet.
The discussion under the segment was doctors seeking higher salary increments from currently 600,000/= to 6 million. The health workers want  Nurses be given a 3 room house, 1 house worker, 20cc vehicle and 6millions and medical professors or senior consultants be given a 40cc vehicle, A  5 room house, 3 house workers and 48 million from 3.4 M they earn apparently.
The big show crew Suggests if the government can construct staff quarters near working places, rather than granting these costly benefits.
