Singer Mowzey Radio aka Moses Ssekibugos death is a complete astonishment  to Ugandas music industry.  Radios death was announced this morning by his promoter Balaam Barugahare on his Facebook wall.

 oke amidst power blackout. Phionah Friday my friend told me this but I couldn’t believe. It actually took me hours, but on Bukedde TV, TV west, NTV ohhh ive started believing.
Many Ugandan celebrities have described the deceased as a man who touched many lives. Here is some of the reactions from industries top celebrities.

Meanwhile, Local female singer Spice Diana has called off her maiden concert that was lined up tomorrow at Front Page Namasuba following Radio’s death.
According to Spice Diana who had the privilege to shoot the last Music Video with the duo titled Kyuma says she can’t stand this untimely disappointment.
“Have cancelled my show until next week Friday as for now let’s mourn Radio and may he peacefully rest” she said.
She also added that her latest music video with the duo was planned to premiere on her concert.

Music life Radio released his first solo song, "Sweet Lady" when he was still in Leone Island. He began as a backup singer along with Weasel, behind Jose Chameleone. Following disagreements between Chameleone and the pair, they qui t the group and formed Goodlyfe Crew which became successful. He made music collaborations with musicians such as Rabadaba in Ability alongside Weasle, a song that was produced by Just Jose. He has just been in music for 10 years… How death came Radio was reportedly knocked out cold by assailants last week in Entebbe after an altercation at De Bar. Police have since made several arrests as they seek answers. No one has yet been charged. Among those picked up was George Egesa, owner of the bar from where Mowzey was assaulted and then admitted to Emmanuel Clinic in Entebbe, transferred to Nsambya Nine days after being beaten ...

Events schedule posta Vega music events A music label suited in Ibanda is yet back again with another Biggest event in Ibanda and places around. The annual music crowned event dubbed EKINTABULI FUGUDUBANDUKUKULUBA   has set dates for this years happenings. According to Dj western Vega music CEO and events boss, the concerts will kick off on 14th of May in Green Orchard gardens in Ibanda with lots of performances from westen Ugandas top artists and, a few Ibanda artists. Other happenings include: 15TH Lyantonde mu park 16TH Crane gardens, Mukatongole Mijina Kazo 17TH Kamwenge mu new parliament 18TH Kyegegwa, Mpala ewa Mbahwerize 19TH Mu Silver Inn, Rwimi Bunyangabu Vega music boss told street magazine that because of the need to give back to their fans, the entrance fee was lowered to Ugshs 5000/=.
